This protocol was developed by Peggy L. Irvin, LCMT and owner of the Body Massage Wellness Spa. Many years of working with chronic and injury back pain clients, combined with education by experienced teachers allowed Peggy to develop this form of treatment. This therapy offers a combination of non-invasive modalities, treatment for relief of chronic back pain, hip, shoulders, legs, pelvic tilt, sciatica, migraines, headaches, TMJ and neck pain. A series of 4-8 visits is highly recommended for chronic problems.

Treats acute or chronic pain caused by a strain, sprain, injury, stress, or tension. It can eliminate or minimize discomfort and increase flexibility and circulation while it improves posture, energy, and vitality by addressing specific involved muscles, tendons, soft tissue, and ligaments. Moist heat pads or ice treatments are also used when providing specific treatments.

This unique yet therapeutic treatment is performed using beneficial yoga - type stretching and trigger point therapy. Together these actions result in a therapeutic full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, while improving circulation and the immune system at the same time, balancing the body energetically. This service is performed fully clothed and on a floor mat.

Is a beneficial treatment used to stimulate the nerve endings in the feet that correspond to the body’s organs.
